Please give me signs on if a guy likes you. And please help me figure out if he likes me, we’re in our early 20’s.

I asked him if he wanted to work on a class project together and he said it would be an “excellent” idea.  He called me a few hours after I gave him my number but I missed it so he left a voicemail. I may be reading too much into it but at this age it’s “different” calling someone you just met instead of texting. Then again he is very business like. He also takes forever to respond to my texts. He works full time while going to school yet he found time to study with me. Keep in mind he’s very smart in the subject so I needed him more. Right after work he drove 30min home to “eat dinner” and then 30min to campus to study with me. When I met him he was out of his business attire and looked cute. Keep in mind it was around 7pm at the library. His voice was quieter than usual, like a whisper. As we talked more it got regular. His walk was more slouchy. He tended to walk ahead of me then would slow down, he’s 6,4 I’m 5,7. He would oddly walk behind me while going up the un-crowded stairs not beside me. He explained himself a lot like why he doesn’t have a MacBook like mine because PC’s work better for his computer programs. Or why he likes to use a mouse pad which I thought was cute not nerdy since I use one too. I told him I was bad at math the first day we met and since then he always goes over my work before I turn it in. Once we had to work in groups and he was a lot more loud and funny with the other students. He would jokingly tease them for not knowing how to solve a problem but would later near me and ask if I understood it or needed help. The other students were boys so maybe he felt more comfortable. On the last day of class while we were testing, I pretended to not notice him turn in his work to see if he would tell me goodbye but he just left. It made me feel like he didn’t like me back.

I think if he's constantly talking to you and you have a gut feeling he's interested then he just might be.
