I don't want to turn this into an argument, although I'm sure it will go that way eventually, people thrive on arguing/fighting.

I've observed the behavior of monkeys and other primates over the past several years for various projects.  It's amazing and sometimes very sad just how much we still act like them.  Particularly men.  I've been married for nearly 25 years and still have an eye for other woman, even after everything we've been through.

I just joined this forum about 30 minutes ago and I've already read some posts about dancing with strippers, wives having sex with other men, etc.

I'm not so naive as to think any this will change any time soon, but for crying out loud, read a book people!

I think that the evolution process is very much a huge part of what a person is. In some ways, it defines us and we can't ignore it.

I wear make up, not for any logical reason, but because of an evolutionary/biological need to do so. Even though I am very happily married to a marvellous man.

Listening to feminists lecture us on tv about how men and women really aren't that different, while having a full face of make up on really makes me smile.

We should learn to understand our basic primal drivers, that will (partly) explain why we behave the way we do. And why other people behave the way they do.

We can't 'evolve' until we understand ourselves.
