for me working doesn't mean whole week and 24hrs, if you really  wanted to improve your relationship with your wife give her sometimes to have bonding because if you dont I'm afraid the relationship will end sooner or later for example when you're not gonna water your plant it might still grow but it might also die. same in relationships the it might stay longer but the love between you both might gone.

To improve it have a time with her, have bonding with each other know what.she.likes and she don't like. Maybe you two has no time with each other.

Oh dear this is very sad, because I think that a relationship thrives on the number of time you as a couple spend together. If you don't spend much time together, you will grow apart. However I appreciate that life is hard and you probably have to work those 24 hours to feed your family fed and clothed and provide them with shelter. Explain this to your wife. Also find a way of having regular breaks every few months where you get away only the two of you to rekindle your relationship.

If you tell yourself the truth, there is no way you are working 24 hours every day including on Sundays, so try as much as possible to make out to spend with your family and kids because sooner or later you will become a stranger in your own home and before you realize that your wife would most likely be seeking for divorce. I have seen that happen more than twice, so I wouldn't want you to fall victim to such horrible experience.

Good luck.

Nobody is ever busy every day for 24 hours and 7 days in the week especially when it comes to being a family man. Making out is a matter of choice. If something is very important to you, there is every possibility that you will give it your all to make out time for that which is important to you.

So, if your family is important to you, I believe that your work will not keep you completely from having good time with them. The sooner you realize that your work is important but not more important than your family, the better it is for you.

There is never a schedule too hectic to miss out on family time. Better time management is the key. Surprise her, miss half of your day and take her on a date.

With the time that you are putting in to your job, that is proof enough that you are a family man. Make your wife understand your situation about quality time. However, I think you can plan on a one day vacation for your family and the trip would definitely be something especially for your children. Another small deed that you can do is to bring something for your children when you come home, candies or something. When you show your love for your children, the love for your wife follows. And they would surely reciprocate positively.

I think two or three hours with your wife is enough time for make a bonding moment, and nobody works on 24 hours a day right?  If your wife is your priority, make an effort to giver her quality time before it's too late.  Take a vacation even just for two days and spend that day exclusively for your wife.
