Hi,

I need some advice on how to end an affair i am currently having.

The woman is married with two children as I am with one child. It has only been going on for a few months. But she has told me she is falling for me but I have promised her things in the future. We have been caught up in this affair and I have taken a step back and realised what I am doing, I dont want to do it anymore to my family. I know I have done wrong but I want to end this without hurting the woman I have made promises too and for a big backlash. She wont tell my wife as she has just as much to lose aswell but I dont know how I should start to end this affair before it gets too late.

Any help or advice is welcome.
