Author Topic: How to overcome erectile dysfunction naturally?

Anyone with such problems?  I think the cure is exercise and foods like eggs and tuna (for cholesterol).  Anyway, how much exercise do you think is needed?

It's actually quite surprising how many people suffer from erectile dysfunction, I saw some crazy statistic once that was sitting in the 1/3 area.

I don't know much about it, nor do I have the issue, but I think diet/exercise plays a massive part.

There are also treatments that the doctor can help with, and things like penis pumps that may be worth trying.

Do you suffer from it personally?

One thing I'm aware that causes such problems for men is excessive masturbation. It weakens the penis veins that helps with erection. So therefore, I strongly advocate for men to reduce the extent at which they masturbate and watch their food and exercise a lot.

The first thing people that are suffering from erectile dysfunction should do is to consult their doctors. They know much more than us mere forum people. Unless one of us is a doctor here, he should be the one giving health advice.

I really agree that if a certain person experience such erectile dysfunction is that it should first consult a doctor before doing any form of exercise just to be safe. If still nothing happens after you consult a doctor then that would be the time to do some light exercise. Another thing is that watching porns will help us to ease erectile dysfunction since our mind is thinking on what he sees on the image. Eating foods that are rich in protein could also help a certain person who suffering such way.

I agree erectile dysfunction is connected to health and lifestyle. Some think its a lack of desire to your partner but its not. Although emotional state contributes on ED like stress and anxiety. Its more common that its an effect related to your health status.

A multivitamin helps in my case and also exercise and some of the foods the OP mentioned.  Anyway, has anyone been with a lady and failed to perform?  I think it was be too shameful to admit.  However, though, it is common with the over-40 crowd.

Getting the mind on sex helps and porn can do the job!  But then again, many are religious and that's a no-no.  So in that case, those people should be aroused by their partner.

dont focus on your lust while your doing it.dont control your body or else it will come immediately.foreplay is the best you can do.trust me.

I did a little research and from what I have seen on the net to help men with erectile dysfunction is by taking ginseng supplement. I really don't have any idea which one is the best because there are a lot of supplement products to choose from including wheatgrass. Have any of you guys tried ginseng supplements? I would really love to know what you guys can suggest the best and has proven effective with experience using it.
