I wasn't aware until recently that in some countries, people are sensitive to the sight of a mother breastfeeding her child. This came as a shock to me because, in my country, you see a breastfeeding mother every you look. Why do you think people are asking for a ban on public breastfeeding and what are your thoughts on the matter?

To be honest, I wouldn't be a big fan of seeing someone breastfeed in public, I'd prefer it if they did it privately but I understand that sometimes they can't avoid it.

it depends on the approach, as I have seen some women get their entire breast out, whereas other mothers have done it discreetly.

everyone will always have mixed opinions on breastfeeding though.

If the woman uses a blanket or covers up or is just not being a spectacle than it's fine. Most women that breastfeed their kids are decent about it, there will always be a few trashy ones but that's to be expected with anything.

Agreed, I think as long as the women take the effort to try and cover up the breastfeeding process, that's fine!

Breastfeeding is a normal thing, but it becomes quite hard in a public place. But everything has a solution If you cover up as long as possible then it is ok.

We have to respect the motherhood. Its where public/private everything has a solution. Some mums like to use a nursing cover up for privacy when feeding their babies in public, and there are lots of styles to try. From simple shawls and ponchos to specially designed wraps or aprons with a semicircle of wire in the top so you can still see your baby while she feeds, there should be something to suit you both. There’s also the option of feeding your baby while she’s in a sling or carrier, which will support her, as well as giving you privacy.

An information for feeding mothers,  Lactonic granules can improve lactational inadequacy in lactating mothers.

Im traveling a lot and got very used to this issue about breastfeeding in public. It was not easy in the beginning, but now i make sure that i always have a blanket or something to cover with.
