Well you can show him how to trust you, let him have access to your phone, your social media accounts, insists to take him everywhere with you, or when he is not with you call him on the phone to show him that you think about him and he has no reason to think that you are with someone else.

Right now, you can still bear the possessiveness of your boyfriend but if you won't resolve this in the future, you will really be fed up and will suffocate more. Do you think you can take his possessions forever? Do you think you can live with it? In the end, it's still you who has the answer.

I believe that when a boyfriend is too possessive, it's either he is having insecurity problems or he is too jealous of seeing you relate with other people, and it's not healthy in relationships because relationships should be where you are free to express your thoughts and feelings and associate with other people in a respectful way for your lover. But when the possessiveness comes in, the relationship will be like a prison and it will definitely impact on the relationship in a negative way.

I strongly agree with the statement, 'he is having insecurity problems or he is too jealous of seeing you relate with other people.' Most of the times a partner is having an insecurity problem especially to someone who is close to his partner. It is basically unhealthy for both parties. For the woman, she is not free to express herself to anyone but only her partner even this means no intention of anything that can break her partner's heart. For the man, he is too paranoid that his woman will be able to find a new person that will give her much more love than what he gives her. Both will just suffer from a traumatic relationship if this goes on continuously.

Exactly. I know this feeling because I have been in such situations previously in one of my relationships before getting married. It got so bad that there wasn't any form of trust between us and it eventually led to the death of the relationship.
