Are interfaith relationships a no-no? Would they ever work?

That really comes down to the individuals. I've seen it work, since the two were able to respect each other's ideals and theological (or lack of) beliefs. But I've also seen interfaith relationships fail because of a lack of respect.

I found from personal experience it's not so much the religious differences that cause problems as the cultural differences which are more deeply ingrained in us in some ways. If you both have the same lifestyle anyway I think anything can work provided the right respect and attitude.If these differences are already becoming an issue it probably is not worth the heart ache.
